The aim of the project "Act for a greener future" is to support young people's environmental awareness and to develop their skills in sustainable living. The project focuses on specific areas such as sustainable food systems, urban gardening, biodiversity, and climate resilience. Through international meetings in three countries, participants will gain practical experience, expand their knowledge of ecological topics, and learn how to apply what they have learned in both their everyday and school lives.

These goals are important because environmental challenges such as climate change, soil degradation, and food waste affect all of us. Educating young people in this area is key to a sustainable future. The project also strengthens cooperation between schools in the V4 region and creates space for sharing examples of good practice.

The impact of the project will be visible not only in the personal and professional development of students, but also in concrete activities in schools – from establishing gardens and organising community events to long-term changes in approaches to the environment. The project will support active citizenship and long-term engagement with ecological topics.
